Use this page to request deletion of personal data connected to Viral Relay.

Request deletion by email
Send a deletion request to founder@chizsaleei.com from the email address connected to your Viral Relay account or lead submission. Use the subject line “Viral Relay data deletion request”.
What to include
Include your name, email address, the organization or brand name if applicable, and whether you want account data, organization data, brand data, lead data, or all related personal data deleted. Do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, or other secrets.
Verification
We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting data. This protects organizations and leads from unauthorized deletion requests.
What can be deleted
We can delete or anonymize account profile data, brand workspace data, lead contact fields, form submissions, and connected records where deletion is technically and legally appropriate.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, billing records, audit logs, or consent and suppression evidence. When retained, access is limited and records are used only for those purposes.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time and complete verified requests as soon as practical. Complex organization or brand deletion requests may require additional review.
Marketing unsubscribe
If your goal is only to stop marketing follow-up, use the unsubscribe link in the message you received or email founder@chizsaleei.com. Unsubscribe requests are separate from full data deletion requests.
