Information we collect

We collect account information, organization and brand profile data, campaign and content records, lead-magnet form submissions, consent evidence, attribution data, manual metrics, and support messages you send to us.

Lead contact fields may include name, email address, phone number, stated interest, country, and form responses only when a viewer submits them through a Viral Relay form.

How we use information

We use data to authenticate users, enforce organization and brand access, manage campaigns and content, capture consented leads, process follow-up workflows, measure conversions, prevent abuse, and generate brand-scoped recommendations.

Consent and follow-up

Viral Relay is consent-first. Marketing follow-up requires a current consent record. If consent is withdrawn or a suppression record applies, marketing follow-up must stop before the next action runs.

AI processing

AI features may help draft content, tag leads, score leads, and suggest future content. AI output is treated as a draft or recommendation. It does not decide authorization, consent, or whether suppression can be bypassed.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure and service providers such as Firebase, Google Cloud, email providers, and approved platform APIs to operate the product. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.

Security and retention

Viral Relay uses Firebase Authentication, Firestore security rules, backend tenancy checks, and Secret Manager for sensitive credentials. Data is retained while needed to provide the service, meet security requirements, preserve consent evidence, or comply with legal obligations.
